UpStream Construction is a Crozet, Virginia based construction company specializing in high quality, full-service, environmentally conscious custom design/build homes, remodels, and additions. It is our goal to provide our clients with the very best service and craftsmanship while incorporating the latest high performance building techniques and technology into every project. This is achieved by attending conferences, hands-on training seminars, and continuing education classes, so that we may offer the very best to our clients.
Owner and president, Terry Herndon, has been active in the central Virginia construction industry since 1980 and is a licensed, Class A contractor. Trade associates, suppliers, and clients who work with Terry use the words integrity, honesty, and professionalism to describe her approach to business and building.
